Mariner Enterprises provides basic server management; monitoring all
services and hardware 24/7, providing free, automated security
patching and security upgrades for all pre-installed software
programs --this does not include upgrading php, mysql or any
additional program just for the purpose of upgrading the
software to a newer version. And all security related upgrades
are free.
In addition, Mariner Enterprises provides full free hardware
replacement, firewall and network management.
And Mariner Enterprises will:
- Set up your server name and DNS.
- Set Up A Server Wide SSL Certificate (Certificates are
59.95 per year)
- Set up and implement your Name Servers.
- Set up your email, apache, ftp, MySql, SSL servers and
all other server specific software programs .
- Install- Configure- Maintain and Update custom firewall.
- Configure your specific Hosting Software.
- Provide 24/7 Tech Support.
For additional reduced rate fees, Mariner Enterprises will:
- Set up and Configure load balancing between several
servers.
- Integrate back end databases.
- Set up web site accounts.
- Installing additional digital ID's (SSL CERTIFICATES).
- Provide Day to day management of your actual services.
- Setting up a client server database such as Microsoft
SQL Server, Oracle, mySQL, PostgreSQL and managing the
database server.
- Day to day server administration includes setting up new
sites, updating software, and more.

We can install and configure software for your dedicated
server. Desire a unique or special program? Want to add media
server or FileMakerPro? If you desire a different version of a
particular software program installed on your dedicated
server, or you want to move from one database server to
another, simply let us know. Though your Managed Dedicated
Server includes the setup, testing and installation of the
listed software (view software by Server Type here: Linux
Windows ), a
web-host management software program, the installation of your
firewall and free security updates for the same, software
programs you may desire can be installed for a reduced rate.
We will install and configure Client Specific Software for
your dedicated server, as long as it is compatible with
existing pre-installed software, for $50.00 per hour (normal pricing
is 100.00 per hour ), one hour minimum. All services hourly
times are quoted BEFORE work begins. You can be assured
you will know what your service time frame will be and
cost!

continue to advance their viruses, hacks and worms, software
manufacturers attempt to keep ahead of them in 99.9% of all
cases.
- In 2002, Microsoft Corporation came
out with 72 security patches. A consultant charging
$100 per hour, and taking two hours per server would
charge $14,400 per server per year to apply 72 patches.
- In 2002, RedHat came out with 38
security patches for RedHat Linux. A consultant
charging $100 per hour, and taking two hours per server
would charge $7,600 per server pear year to apply 38
patches.
Mariner Enterprises applies all patches
specific to the server initially installed software FOR FREE.
Charges for Client Requested Software and Patches for the same
are only $50 hour per application/software program with a one
hour minimum. All services hourly times are quoted BEFORE
work begins. You can be assured you will know what your
service time frame will be and cost!

Mariner Enterprises provides a data migration and setup for all
Managed Dedicated Server Clients at a discounted price. LSYF
will move your sites/domains and set up all email, databases
and all other site specific programs for 100.00 per hour
(normally 200.00) with a one hour minimum. All services
hourly times are quoted BEFORE work begins. You can be
assured you will know what your service time frame will be and
cost!
