The initial amount due for 400 NT/UNIX
Platinum virtual domain is a one-time setup fee of $49.95 plus your first 3 months of
hosting and services at $30.00, which totals $139.95. This fee will cover your setup and
first 3 months of hosting service and includes all of the features we offer--there are
absolutely no additional fees!
Keep in mind that virtual domain accounts will also will cost $70 by InterNIC for their
virtual domain name but sub-domain names are free of charge.

What
is the minimum time commitment for new accounts?
YouthOfAmerica.net requires a minimum 3
month commitment for our hosting services. Many of our clients decide to get a better
monthly rate by signing up for a longer time commitment. This minimum time commitment is
irrevocable and no refunds are given for leaving early.

Accounts Disabled and A Fee Of 50.00 plus a 20.00 NSF fee per Draft and the amount of the

long does it take to set-up my account if I pay by e-check or credit card?

submitted before 9:00p.m. which include payment information will be processed in 12 hours.
YouthOfAmerica.net actually
guarantees your account will be setup within 24 hours. Once your account is set up, an
activation notice will be sent to you via e-mail including a login, password, and FTP
hostname. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately thereafter.
Domain account users will be given a temporary URL (IP address) to access their site via
the web prior to the completion of either domain propagation or transfer.

Are
the same payment options available for renewal fees?
The
same payment options are available for renewal fees as for initial account setup fees. We
must receive payment before your renewal date or we will suspend your account so that no
one can access your website. Unless we hear from you in writing or over the telephone, we
will assume you wish to continue using our services and we will bill you in quarterly,
semi-annual or annual periods, depending on what you chose when you placed the original
order.
We would like to maintain our great pricing and therefore only except Credit Cards,
Cashier check, money orders or Electronic Bank Transfer as payment for renewal fees.

I receive notification of my renewal?
We will assume that you wish to renew your
services on an onging basis unless we hear from you in writing or over the telephone AT LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE EXPRATION OF
CURRENT TERM.
You are REQUIRED to acknowledge that you wish to
discontinue your services.
However, you do need not notify us if you
wish to renew your contract, we will automatically deduct the amount of your renewal fee 5
to 10 days before the expiration of your term. Special check privelege clients must have
their payment in no later than 5 days before renewal date or risk termination of account 4
days before the expiration of said term.

If you wish to cancel your hosting
and other services with YouthOfAmerica.net / com, please send an e mail
to cancel@youthofamerica.com
TEN days before a
3, 6,or 12 month term billing comes due, and indicate that you do not wish to renew your contract once your current term is complete. Failure to offer
a ten day notice will result in your obligation to remit the entire 3, 6 or 12 month term
agreement. If you have any complaints about our service, please let us know. If possible, please state the
reason you are leaving us, we will not try to convince you to stay, rather this
information is valuable to us in improving the quality of our services.
